If you're having an issue signing in, you're most likely using either an incorrect email or an incorrect password. It's an easy fix!
Visit the Beauty Advisor sign in page to sign into your profile.
Next, click on forgot your username or password.
This is where you can enter your email address to send a password reset link to. If you created your account with another email than the one entered, Beauty Advisor will give you an error message that says "invalid email address or password." Please try one of your other email addresses until you receive the message "please check your email for password reset link."
At this time, you'll want to check your email inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you can't find an email from us, please check your spam/junk folder, as the email could have been filtered by your email provider.
